Focus will be on good training habits, improving technique and fitness, and applying skills to competition. Camp days are Mondays through Fridays, from 6:00 am to 08:00 am. LCRA offers a discount for registrations of two or more Sessions (must be purchased at the same time.) This two week camp is on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.
