Adult Learn to Row Programs
Lake County Rowing offers Learn to Row sessions as an introduction to rowing taught by LCRA coaches. Sessions are scheduled several times throughout the year and are held both on a land rowing machine and outside on Lake Minneola. New rowers are taught safety, parts of the boat, stroke sequence, rowing terms, and ergometer techniques. Upon completion of the Learn to Row session rowers will have a solid foundation to continue fine tuning their stroke during LCRA’s regularly coached practices. Register early as the program typically fills up quickly.
Adult Learn to Row Cost: $125
- Each program includes five sessions and the fun Learn To Row shirt.
