Armed Forces Day Learn to Row Program
In recognition of your service, we invite all branches of our nation’s military to join us on this special day for a free Learn-To-Row and barbeque from 8am – 11:30am on May 17th, 2025. Please bring your non-rowing significant other(s) to participate in the barbeque.

Exercise attire – Non-baggy short and t-shirt
Running shoes and socks
Rubber flip flops / Crocs / sliders
Change of clothing

Inexpensive UV protective sunglasses
Refillable water bottle (not disposable bottled water)Â soft-sided only – Like a bike water bottle.
Sunscreen
